What Can I Sell?

We warmly welcome a diverse array of participants: designers, sustainable thrifters, collectors of arts, plants, records and furniture, retailers, hobbyists and food enthusiasts. There’s a place for everyone at our market.

 

Vendors are required to supply their own table, Urban Market Co. will supply chairs.
Stall holders are welcome to bring their own clothing racks / coat hangers / POS equipment / money float / signage / additional extension power cords & boxes for clearance stock.

 

Small Business Stall Holders;

*For safety purposes, it's advisable to include a list of ingredients on your products labels.

What Time Can I Arrive?

Stall holders can arrive from 8:45am onwards.
General public can arrive from 10:00am onwards.

Urban Market Co. closes at 3pm.

 

Stall holders are welcome to bring an additional friend / family member to help run their stall. Please ensure you bring food / water to keep yourself energised throughout the day. 

Entry

Entry fee is a gold coin donation, including children over the ages of 12 years all throughout the day. Cash and card will be accepted.

*Please note there are no ATM’s on site.


A portion of the entry fee’s will be donated to our chosen charity for the month. 

Refund / Credit Policies

Stall holders are eligible for refunds exclusively in the event of cancellation made by Urban Market Co.

If stall holders are unable to attend, notification with a written explanation for non-attendance is required and emailed to urbanmarketcoadelaide@gmail.com, requesting a stall credit for a future date - We do not offer refunds for changes of mind or schedule.

As for our valued customers and visitors, we advise mindfulness when engaging with pre-loved clothing stalls and independent businesses, each potentially having unique refund policies. Considering the nature of some products, returns or exchanges may not always be feasible. We encourage you to make your purchases thoughtfully and selectively.

*Small Business Stall Holders are required to have their own insurance.

*Food Truck / Food / Drink Stall applicants must supply proof of Liability Certificate of Currency & Food Business Notification Letter via email

Is There Wheelchair Access?

Yes - There is a lift with wheelchair access. There are also accessible bathrooms onsite.

Are Pets Welcome?

Unfortunately our furry friends are not allowed inside the venue, but they are more than welcome to stay outdoors unless they are a service dog assisting customers and visitors of need.

Does Urban Market Co. Take A Percentage Of Sales Or Commission On Any Pre - Loved Stall?

No! We believe our customers should take all of their profits home with them. Urban Market Co. only takes the rental payment.
